Fibromyalgia life-saver!,
February 23, 2008
From Arizona
My very experienced fibro doctor recommended using Mg-malate to help reduce muscle pain. It has been a life-saver for me, and does a lot to reduce muscle soreness and cramping. These Source Natural capsules are a great size, allowing me to spread my dose over the day. They're not full of unnecessary fillers, which makes them much easier on the stomach than most others. I'm approaching the decade mark on living with fibro, and I highly recommend these.

I ordered these for my son for his migraines. They completely stopped mine. I usually try to buy Source Naturals if what I want is available in their line. I have always been pleased with my iHerb purchases and buy all my suppliments from you.

Good source of Malate and Magnesium,

Helps with relaxation, and has essential magnesium that is easily absorbed, versus the typical "pharmacy" or multi-vitamin product.

Perfect - highly recommend!,
September 16, 2009
Magnesium malate is one of the most absorbable forms. It seems to relax muscle and back tenseness. Take over a few month period for CFS and it seems to help. You should space the capsules out over the course of a day to get the desired potency of malic acid. I love this product because it doesn't contain any filler ingredients, just a good dose in a gelatine capsule. Never had any problems even on empty stomach.

Good value in this larger bottle. I think this capsulated form works better than the tablets.
