Melatonin is a neurohormone produced in humans by the pineal gland. A favorite of travelers, it governs the body's circadian rhythms, helping the body ease into result sleep. Melatonin is also a potent antioxidant.
1 tablet at bedtime, 1/2 tablet may be sufficient for some people. Do not take more than 2 tablets daily. Place tablet under the tongue and allow to dissolve slowly, altering the position of the tablet to avoid prolonged contact with the same area.
Sorbitol, mannitol, natural peppermint flavor, stearic acid, and magnesium stearate.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Use only at bedtime. For adult use only. Not for use by children, teenagers, or women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding. If you are under medical supervision, or have an autoimmune disease, diabetes, a depressive disorder, a thyroid condition, epilepsy, leukemia, or a lymphoproliferative disorder, or are taking MAO inhibitor drugs or corticosteroids such as hydrocortisone or prednisone, consult your physician before taking this product.
Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Keep out of the reach of children.

I take 1/2 the pill & it helps me fall asleep faster than taking the whole dose. I stay alseep longer as well.

Took a tablet to help me get over jet lag and it made me feel sleepy almost straight away. Liked the taste and the fact that I could have it like a sweet under the tongue.

this was a good product, but I forgot to put it under my tongue the first 2 nights. Good thing there are several in package.

maybe i felt asleep easier the first night, but then i wrecked up my sleep cycle. that's a disaster. i need shift my sleep 3 hours backward now. but probably who needs melatonin it's a deal. moreover i've seen a youtube video warning about melatonin messing with cortisol levels. so i guess i wont be playing with that hormone anymore.
