NADH, a natural coenzyme derived from vitamin B3 (niacin), is essential for basic metabolism, respiration, the breakdown of sugars and fats, and the production of ATP, the primary energy molecule in our cells. NADH supplies ATP energy to the brain, nerves, muscles, heart and all other organs, in order to function. NADH sublingual is great for traveling, jet lag, studying, workouts, athletic performance or whenever a natural boost of energy is needed.

iHerb Customer Reviews
this is a great version of b3 it's more potent than the nad version more relexation on the muscles and nervous system. i noticed nadh is not for everyone my dad it bothered him made him drowsy and tired instead of what it's supposed to do, elderly cannot process too much energy that this brings however nad which is a lighter version is better for him so keep that in mind nad is great for everyone cheaper price nadh is better but may not be good for the elderly and little more expensive. b6 p5p is also great for everyone as well especially for swelling, pqq is great for energy that you never had before with the natural mitochondria boost and is good for everyone someday to be recognized as a vitamin.
delicious item, just cost too much
