Yaeyama Chlorella - the best!,

Really good for daily detox! Works well for my constipation problem. Should drink more water when taking this high energy wholefood supplement. P.S. Not all chlorella supplements are created equal. Look for one that contains absolutely no added binders, fillers, or flow agents.

My cat receives 800 mg twice daily and has become a kitten again! The Source Naturals Yaeyama Chlorella is more cost effective than buying the "pet" brand. BTW: I use Yaeyama chlorella in powder form. I highly recommend it.

I've been taking these for almost a year now. I take about 45 pills a day. 15 with each meal. They help keep me feeling full and curve my cravings. They also help you absorb your other vitamins as well. I notice my nails are stronger and grow faster. Also, I notice that I heal very quickly. Ex. If i cut myself shaving or a bruise. Seems like it's here one day, gone the next. I really notice a difference when I don't take it. I've recommended it to all of my friends. They love it as well.

Pills are dark green like the color of the powder. Some other brand I tried, the color of the pills were light green. If you see the pure chrolella powder, their color is dark green, not light green.

This stuff gives me tons of energy where previously there was very little - I can now keep up with my two young children and have energy to do some housework too! My skin is clear and glowing and I just KNOW that it is great for my body because I feel 'normal' and, for a lack of a better word, 'right'. Good price and much easier to take than the powder. I tried the tablets and they had very little effect on me - with these, I start to feel energized right away!

I have been eating chlorella now and then, as snack. I like to take it with fish oil. I like the taste of the combined.
As for the nutritional benefits to me, it is difficult to tell as I am taking others as well. I just believe it is good for me.
