Description

Now Foods Soy Powder is produced from whole, dehulled, roasted soybeans. This product has a pleasant nutty flavor and can be substituted for part of the eggs, milk or flour in bread, cake and cookie recipes to provide emulsifying characteristics and nutritional enhancement.

Suggested Use

For best results use approximately 1/4 cup soy powder per 3-4 cups of flour or milk and blend first with the fat or oil called for in the recipe. Reduce eggs by one third.
