As a person with Celiac Disease I am always looking for more and better information so that my life is easier and healthier. There were a number of helpful tips and some information that I have incorporated into my lifestyle.

GREAT INFO!

In one small FREE booklet, a large amount of information. After two years of extensive medical testing for symptoms that a variety of doctors never linked together, this free booklet explained it all. I was tested and confirmed with Celiac but not one doctor explained what this meant to my health or that the other symptoms and health issues I was experiencing were all linked with Celiac Disease and Gluten Sensitivity. All they said was do not eat wheat. After thousands of dollars of out of pocket medical expenses and tests, worry and just feeling as if I was going out of my mind, everything that I SHOULD have been told and then some was in this booklet. Go figure! Back pages also give websight links to products and more information on this subject.

Interesting read

I'm new to the whole gluten-sensitivity thing and this was very helpful to a beginner. A lot of symptoms I'm experiencing turn out to be part of the gluten sensitivity issue and it was nice to learn more.
