Filtration is Better-Taste the Difference
Only Spectrum uses a 3-step organic filtration process to remove impurities like moisture and bacteria that accelerate rancidity and cause bitter flavors, without any loss in the quality or quantity of the essential fatty acids or phytonutrients. The result is beautiful golden oil with a great fresh taste.
The Benefits of Omega-3s
Flax oil is nature's richest source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 essential fatty acid. Often referred to as "Good Fats", this vital EFA helps support normal cardiovascular function and helps to maintain healthy hair, skin and nails.

Best if used within 6-8 weeks after opening.
Best kept refrigerated.
Cold-pressed unrefined organic flaxseed oil.
Bottled with an inert gas for freshness.
Bottled in a facility that produces fish oil.

iHerb Customer Reviews
I love Spectrum's flax oil. I usually get the version with flax lignans but I like this one as well.
But it tastes more fishy than any Barlean I have tasted, even right before my bottles have been emptied. Bet the Barlean expiring one month earlier is fresher - guess this brand don`t sets so high standards for packaging and freshness as barlean - not ordering this brand any more.
