I expected vegan mayo to taste.. well, frankly, terrible! But it tasted wonderful for what it is. I mean, if you hadn't told me it's vegan, I would just think it's a rather tasty mayonnaise. How wonderful that there's no cholesterol or saturated fat or animal products. I'll definitely be using it on my sandwiches in the near future! :D
this is very similar to an egg based mayo and not sickly sweet like some. it is very rich and creamy. I am yet to find a better vegan mayonnaise

I have seen a few bad reviews about "less fat" mayo and I hesitated on whether or not I should give this a try. After actually trying it on my salad, it works out perfectly fine with me, it doesn't taste artificial or disgusting like some of the reviews say about this kind of mayo. 68% less fat than regular mayo, I'm buying my second purchase of this mayo. :)
Pretty good stuff for the "healthier" value
