Chefs know. Athletes know. The beautiful people know. Natural, plant-based saturated fats can be a very good thing. Whether for tender, moist cake or extra energy before a race, for a Southeast Asian stir fry or soft, smooth skin and hair, Spectrum Organic Coconut Oil is the jar to open. And, as with all Spectrum oils, our Organic Coconut Oil is both expeller pressed and non-hydrogenated.
For body care, place jar in warm water to liquefy. Massage into skin or apply to hair for one hour, then rinse thoroughly.
This oil is best for sauteing or stir-frying over medium high heat or, because of its neutral flavor, for baking.
Mechanically (expeller) pressed naturally refined organic coconut oil.
Bottled in a facility that produces peanut oil.
- Store in a cool, dark place
- No refrigeration necessary

I've used Coconut Oil for more than 2 yrs now, and it's great, not only for cooking, but for removing makeup. Why buy the expensive makeup removers when you have this? It's good for your skin as well.
Scent-free, literally gentle enough for my baby's skin

I use this for cooking, baking, and as a little moisturizer on my infant. Love it. Only complaint (and reason for 4 stars instead of 5): the jar is unusually difficult to open. Not just the first time - every time. I have taken to barely screwing the top back on because it is somehow impossible to get back off.
Awesome for Cooking

Great oil for cooking eggs, potatoes, etc. it melts nice, allows the food not to stick but it is also not too "oily" like using an oil. The flavor is very mild as some other coconut oils leave the food with a "coconuty" taste/smell, this one does not. My husband would not eat the foods with the other oils, but this one is his go to for frying foods!
It's perfect for dry skin.

My skin is quite sensitive and dry. So I use it instead of body lotion/ cream. It keeps my skin moisturizing. The price is reasonable than others.
