It is worth the extra cost because this ingredient is delicious and has a low glycemic index. Foods with a low glycemic index are slowly absorbed into the body preventing sugar shock. I bought this for the first time today. Must say that I thought from the reviews that I've read that this would be good and I was correct, it is really tasty. Plan on using this for my non-fat greek Fage yogurt. Yummy and no bad stuff in it. Thank you iHerb for bringing good tastes to my life!
bueno pero no repito

Tasty but too sweet for me. IMHO it tastes not like blueberry sauce, but more like very sweet grape syrup. I'll not but it again.
