Better For You Special Sugar
This Gourmet Sauce is made with a blend of Premium Organic Agave and Rice Syrups. This Organic syrup costs three times more than a syrup made from sugar. But it is worth the extra cost because it is delicious and has a low glycemic index. Foods with a low glycemic index are slowly absorbed into the body preventing sugar shock. (spikes in blood sugar)
This sauce has a GI value of 36

if you really like chokolate, you will not rate this it is a very thick sauce, its hard to squeeze out of the bottle chocolate it only if it is added to milk, no other way to look like
Maybe I was expecting chocolate sauce. This ain't no chocolate sauce. If you can forgo the chocolate taste, I guess this is a healthy alternative.

I'm a repeat buyer of this product, I also buy their blueberry sauce for putting on bread.
Way too sweet. :/

Like with the St. Dalfour caramel sauce, I wish this was less sweet and with more of a creamy taste. I do like it, but I don't use it much.
