Do not take more than 15 mg per day of Bioperine®. If you are taking any medication, use only under physician supervision. Men with prostate cancer should not use this supplement. An elevation in free testosterone can unmask an occult (hidden) prostate cancer. Therefore, we advise anyone with this concern to have a baseline PSA (prostate specific antigen) test prior to use of this product and a follow-up PSA test 60 days later. If a significant elevation of PSA is found, discontinue this product and advise your physician.
