Less hi-tech than the lef.org multiblend powder, but also more compatible with me against allergic reaction I suffered from the more sophisticated blend. All around great choice from a concerned and experienced company. Solid.

Based on what is available locally, this vitamin cannot be touched for quality and contents. I could not find any other vitamins with high levels of vitamins, minerals and chinese minerals at a similar price.

Supernutrition Men's Blend WITH IRON,

I have been taking supplements religiously for 5 years now (I'm 27) and in that time have been sick twice (2 common cold viruses with symptoms subsiding within 72 hours each time). What have I been taking? The Men's Blend with iron, as my base. An exceptional multi! And to those who bash such ingredients as selenite, cyanocobalamin, etc, I invite you to peruse Michael Mooney's website (MichaelMooney "DOT" net), the owner of Super Nutrition. There he dispels the myths that these forms of nutrients are inferior with scientific test results, as well as the myth that men should not supplement with iron. Your body regulates how much iron is absorbed quite safely and effectively. Give it the option of having some if it needs it. Iron is not your enemy! All ingredients are hypoallergenic (reason for using forms like selenite, "-oxide" minerals, etc), which is healthier. I combine this multi with their "AntiOxidant Power" booster and feel fantastic!
