haven't tried it for long so I don't know yet about "whitening", but the feel is very clean and refreshed after using it. there is no foam, and that alright by me. I am very happy with this product.

The taste isn't the best- it's tea tree oil after all, but after 2 tubes, teeth do improve in its glow. I also use coconut oil for oil pulling in addition to this.

I've used a few different brands of tea tree oil toothpastes over the years. Aside from the actual Melaleuca brand toothpaste, this is the best I have come across especially for the price. I read reviews before my first purchase saying it causes gum sensitivity and bleeding. My first few brushes with it I also had this effect, but I think the sensitivity and bleeding is a side effect of coming off the commercial and chemical-filled brands. I brush with this and only this paste now and have for the past 6 months and the gum issue has not been a problem since the first few brushes. My mouth is clean even with just a manual toothbrush.
