Suggested Use

Serving Suggestions:

  1. Put ½ cup TeeChia in a bowl
  2. Add ½ cup hot water or 1/3 cup cold water to activate the soluble fiber
  3. Stir and let soak until water or absorbed (ready in less than a minute)
  4. Add milk, yogurt, or any non-dairy alternative
