iHerb Customer Reviews
Haven't taken this yet as it is apparently a little anti-estrogenic and I need to boost my levels. Is good for the bones though. People focus too much on taking big calcium pills when trace minerals are more important for improving bone strength as they help reduce the brittleness of bones. Strontium is also worth taking and reducing the acidity of the diet helps too. Try nettle tea for minerals, along with the herb horsetail. Rosehip tea is a good source of natural boron.
