Easy and Energy-Saving Method:
Cook 1 to 2 minutes in boiling water and stir gently.
Switch off stove. Cover pot for 20 minutes. Ready to serve.
The good texture of Tinkyada can withstand quite a bit of over-cooking.
Put one package of pasta into 4.5 quarts (4.26 liters) of boiling water and add a tablespoon salt (if desired). Stir occasionally and cook medium high on range for 15-16 minutes* or until desired tenderness is reached. Rinse with cold water for superb texture. Drain well. Can be served hot or warm with any kind of pasta sauce or in your favorite pasta recipes, in hot soup, in salad, stir-fried, or as a casserole. Use it as you would with any regular pasta. The good texture of Tinkyada can withstand quite a bit of over-cooking.

I have tried many gluten-free pastas, and this is far and away the best. Great taste, not mushy, and though it is a little sticky out of the pot, just add some heart-healthy extra virgin olive oil and problem solved. Even if you don't *need* to eat gluten-free, it's a good idea to give your digestive system a break from gluten/wheat every once in a while...and this product is a great step in that direction. You won't miss the wheat!
I really like this pasta. It just tastes like brown rice so I'm sure it will go well with different pasta sauces. Of course, the texture is not like the white flour pasta that I'm used to eating. It's chewy, I think the package description is quite accurate. It does get soft if you cook it longer. My only con with this pasta is it takes long to cook (about 16-18 minutes serving for one). But still, I think this is a good brand. I will keep buying it.

One star because these in cardbox boxes all arrived broken and my pasta was all spilling out broken!

Love the taste, but it doesn't come in the plastic packaging as listed like it used to, they come in cardboard boxes that were somehow all squashed and open and i opened a box full of broken pasta. disappointed.

There's really nothing spectacular about this spaghetti vs. others - besides the green colour from the spinach powder. You'll ultimately have the same product if you have regular spaghetti and add raw spinach. Looks good if you like your plate to be aesthetically pleasing.
