This product works well and is easy to keep up with. It is much easier to work into my schedule than some of the others, but unless you work at home you might need to cut the dose in 1/2. I found a solution to the fiber issue of not mixing well by mixing it with a little orange juice instead of water and drank my water after - that seemed to work well for me.

This was a very easy program to follow. The powder does NOT mix easily in water though. As for cleansing properties however, I don't really feel cleansed nor healthier, and I did not notice any changes in my weight or mood.
