Traditional Medicinals, Herbal Tea, Organic Cup of Calm, Caffeine Free, 16 Wrapped Tea Bags, 0.85 oz (24 g)19 Reviews
The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.
The Shipping Weight includes the product, protective packaging material and the actual shipping box. In addition, the Shipping Weight may be adjusted for the Dimensional Weight (e.g. length, width & height) of a package. It is important to note that certain types of products (e.g. glass containers, liquids, fragile, refrigerated or ice packed) will often require protective packaging material. As such, these products will reflect a higher Shipping Weight compared to the unprotected product.

Organic Cup of Calm
This tea is like a quiet meditation— each sip a step along an herbal journey around the world. Passionflower’s wild beauty takes us to the beautiful old farming villages in Italy, while chamomile’s soft loveliness brings us to the oasis villages outside Cairo. Peppermint’s minty bite carries us to the cool, wetness of the Pacific Northwest. With herbs from Europe, Africa, Asia and North America, this is a truly international blend whose harmony is evident in its ability to gently calm and soothe your nervous system.
We've Got the Right StuffWe raise the bar. The quality standard of the herbs we use is hard to pronounce, difficult to meet, and it's what makes us different, better. Pharmacopoeial: it's the only quality standard our herbalists can rely on when blending teas for your health and wellness.
Calm, collected and easy-going.
Calming. Helps you relax, anytime.
Reason to love
In the chaos of everyday life, we could use a little calm, right? How about a cupful? This blend of relaxing herbs like passionflower, chamomille, lavender and catnip will help bring some tranquility to your day (or night). These herbs are called "nervines" because of their ability to have a beneficial effect on your nervous system. We love this tea anytime we need to step back and take it easy.
A delightful blend of complex herbal tastes—floral, apple-like and minty!
Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag.

iHerb Customer Reviews
In 2007, I gave birth to my son. It was a completely natural, med-free birth but I had severe bleeding after my son was born and recovery from childbirth was really difficult for me. I also was hit with overwhelming Post-Partum Depression. During my pregnancy I had had horrible panic attacks for months and the PPD was just an extension of that. The PPD was relentless and lasted for nearly 18 months. The first six months I barely remember because it was so bad. I went untreated because I, nor my husband, were educated about PPD. Our whole family suffered. In late 2008, I discovered Easy Now tea. I was nosing around a Health Food Store in my mother's city and came upon this tea. I had always been a tea fan so I picked up a box for less than $5 USD. I've been a faithful consumer of Easy Now since that day and I always have a stash of it in my house. It has seen me through another pregnancy and the post-partum time and half-way through my Master's Degree meanwhile working full-time outside the home and being a wife and mother to two small children. When I'm stressed out, overwhelmed or anxious and cannot sleep, I brew a strong cup of easy now and it helps tremendously. The flavor is very mild and comforting and a bit of stevia included in it gives it a slight sweetness. I've also used this tea with my children to combat severe jetlag as we live a 16-hour flight away from my parents in the States and it has been such a useful tea to have for that!
I gave this three stars only for the pleasant taste. I did not know it was going to have licorice root in it and think it should have a warning due to licorice not being good for persons having high blood pressure or heart problems. I also didn't like sugar free product in my tea even if it was Stevia. I don't like my tea sweetened.
