Organic PMS Tea
Personality - Sunny and optimistic, comforting and kind.
Herbal Power - Supports good mood during PMS – easing irritability, tension and discomfort.
Reason to Love - We know what it really stands for, but sometimes it seems like PMS is short for Pretty Miserable Situation. A nice cup of tea can turn all of that around, especially if it eases irritability, tension, and discomfort. A traditional combination of herbs – like skullcap and lemon balm – used to ease frayed and frazzled nerves, this tea can help you feel a little more like you can go with the flow during “that time of the month.”
Taste - Warm, cinnamony – a balance of slightly bitter and sweet.
Skullcap earned its name for its delicate blue flowers which somewhat resemble the shape of helmets worn by early American soldiers. This tea is made with the leaves, stems, and flowers, collected when the plants are in flower. Traditionally used to support the nervous system, some of our favorite skullcap comes from the good folks at Trout Lake Farm in the Pacific Northwest, who have provided us with some of our favorite herbs for over the past five decades. They’re kindred spirits in our search for high quality, sustainably produced herbs.
We've Got the Right Stuff
We raise the bar. The quality standard of the herbs we used is hard to pronounce, difficult to meet, and it's what makes us different, better. We're not ashamed to say it. Pharmacopoeial: it's the only quality standard our herbalists can rely on when blending teas for your health and wellness.

This tea helps to soothe and calm during that time. Plus it helps to alleviate water weight.
This tea is fantastic!!!! I can't live without it. It saves me from chronic UTIs (urinary tract infections) that I used to get every month with PMS. Now whenever I feel the "twinge" I make some tea. It's much more effective for me than cranberry.

The old formula was a lot better

I used to like this tea so much and it used to make the weeks before and during my period SO much easier. But then they changed the formula and now not only that it has no effect on me, the strong cinnamon taste is so overwhelming that I just can't drink it. I wish they will go back to making the old formula!!!!!
Suave y efectiva

Not bad but...
