What will PMS Tea do for me? PMS Tea promotes a healthy premenstrual cycle by temporarily reducing water retention. How do I know it works? PMS Tea contains herbs traditionally used to eliminate excess fluid by supporting kidney function, which is responsible for maintaining fluid and electrolyte balance in the body. It also supports liver function, which breaks down excess estrogen, a factor in cycle-related water retention. When should I use it? When experiencing water retention, drink 3-4 cups of PMS Tea daily during the 7-10 days before menstruation. How does it taste? It's an earthy, roasted grain taste, with a balance of slightly bitter and sweet.

For maximum benefit, herbal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover up and steep 10-15 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. When experiencing water retention, drink 3-4 cups daily during the 7-10 days before menstruation.

Consult a health care provider prior to use if you have gallstones, if you have heart and/or kidney diseases, are on diabetes medication or if you are taking psychoactive medication. Discontinue use if hypersensitivity occurs such as contact dermatitis. If symptoms persist consult health care provider.

Contraindications: Do not take if allergic to Asteraceae (daisy family) plants, if you have Gilbert's syndrome or Crigler-Najjar syndrome, gall bladder inflammation, bile duct obstruction, or intestinal blockage. Do Not Use if you have bile duct cancer, pancreatic cancer, haemolytic anemia, intestinal spasm, liver cancer or liver disease.

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Side effects: Teas containing uva ursi leaf may cause nausea or vomiting in individuals with sensitive stomachs.
