Triple Leaf Tea, White Tea, 20 Tea Bags, 1.4 oz (40 g)31 Reviews
The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.
The Shipping Weight includes the product, protective packaging material and the actual shipping box. In addition, the Shipping Weight may be adjusted for the Dimensional Weight (e.g. length, width & height) of a package. It is important to note that certain types of products (e.g. glass containers, liquids, fragile, refrigerated or ice packed) will often require protective packaging material. As such, these products will reflect a higher Shipping Weight compared to the unprotected product.

The Chinese White Peony Tea Tradition
White tea is an ancient type of tea. It was once a rare and treasured tea reserved for Chinese royalty. Modern research indicates white tea is high in polyphenols, a group of powerful antioxidants. It is made from the same tea plant, Camellia sinensis, used to make green and black teas, but uses special white tea varieties, and is minimally processed. Triple Leaf Tea's White Peony white tea (Bai Mu Dan) is from the Fujian province of China. White Peony tea is considered one of the premium grades of white tea. It is made from the top grayish green leaves and silvery leaf buds, covered in a fine, silvery-white down. This fuzzy white appearance gives white tea its name. Triple Leaf's White Peony tea starts with high quality tea leaves and leaf buds, and then specially processes it to pack in tea bags. Our White Tea has a golden color, and a subtle, fragrant, slightly sweet and complex, nutty flavor, unique to white tea. Enjoy the experience, taste the benefits of drinking white tea with this excellent white tea. It is delicious hot or iced.
Triple Leaf Tea's Ancient Chinese Herbs & Teas
Traditional Chinese herbology began in approximately 2500 B.C. Recently, here in the West, people have discovered the value of this ancient system. Tea drinkers are able to enjoy a wider variety of Chinese herbs and teas that were rarely used in the West until now. The Chinese system of herbology has been recorded in ancient texts, which are studied and employed even today. This time tested knowledge has been passed on from generation to generation over the centuries.
Triple Leaf Tea comes from such a tradition. It is made in the U.S.A. by a Chinese American family-owned business. The company owner can remember stories of his own grandfather selling herbs and teas in his village in China. Today, these traditional Chinese herbs and teas are available to you. We wish you harmony and health.

Realy liked the aroma and the raste. Very gentle.
I thought of leaves, but this is grounded tea which leaves a lot of residue in the cup. That`s diasappointing. Taste was nice, though, if you brew it for max one minute
