Twinlab Lutein is in a dry, water dispersed form.

Suggested Use

Take one capsule daily (preferably with a meal) or as directed by a health care professional.

Other Ingredients

Natural base consisting of dried spinach leaves, gelatin, purified water, MCT, magnesium stearate.
