As a dietary supplement for men, take 6 capsules daily, preferably 3 capsules during the daytime and 3 capsules 60 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. Taking more than recommended amount will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions listed in the warning. Begin use with half the recommended serving (3 capsules daily) to assess your tolerance.

Not for use by children, geriatric patients or females. This product contains yohimbe bark extract, which contains yohimbine. Discontinue use and consult your health care professional if dizziness, sleeplessness, tremors, nervousness, headache or heart palpitations occur. Discontinue use of this product at least two weeks prior to any surgery.
