As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets with each meal to help increase the amino acid content of the meal or take in between meals to help supply a steady flow of quality amino acids into your body. Daily intake can be increased gradually to 6 to 9 tablets per sitting.

The title says "aminos" but it's not real amino acids. It's just plain protein compressed into the form of a tablet. Real aminos, in my understanding, are free-form aminos and di- and tri-peptides. So, the name is misleading. However, if you need "compressed protein" and nothing more, it's good enough. Please note that tablets are very hard and you probably won't be able to chew them. You'll have to swallow them, but they are kind of big and have sharp edges.
they say its 3 grams of protein per 2 serving size tablets when it's actually 3 grams of protein per 3 serving size tablets. So its 133 servings per container and not 200
