- The Perfect Replacement for Artificial Sweeteners
- Zero Calories
- Zero Glycemic Index
- Zero Artificial
- Suitable for Everyone!
Wholesome Sweeteners' Zero is produced from All Natural Erythritol. Erythritol is a naturally occurring sugar that is found in our bodies, as well as fruits and fermented foods such as soy sauce.
You can use Zero wherever you would use regular sugar or artificial sweeteners. Enjoy it without worrying about calories or artificial ingredients. Zero is clean-tasting; it has no intense after taste and no unpleasant digestive side effects. It is even "tooth-friendly", as it reduces plaque build-up which helps prevent tooth decay.
Wholesome Sweeteners' Zero is suitable for diabetics, calorie-counters, seniors, kids, & vegetarians. Everyone basically!
Perfect for sweetening hot and cold beverages, sprinkling on cereal and fruit, as well as baking - the ideal replacement for artificial sweeteners. Zero is 70% as sweet as sugar so you may want to use a little more to sweeten your favorite food or drink, but with Zero Calories and Zero on the Glycemic Index you can indulge with Zero-Guilt.
Erythritol is the only ingredient in Wholesome Sweeteners' Zero. No added flavors or intensive sweeteners.

iHerb Customer Reviews
This is a better sweetener than, say, splenda, but I still prefer stevia. You can't taste whatever you are making to adjust the seasonings and sweetness before baking, as it has a cooling effect. I read about that, but hadn't realised it would be quite so powerful. I also find that this isn't nearly as easy on my digestion as stevia, given that it's a sugar alcohol and incompletely absorbed. The package is indeed very small, but a little bit definitely goes a long way.
Great sweetener in that it tastes like sugar. No strange taste at all. Highly recommmend.
