Savor the Tradition of Ginger Tea
For millennia, herbalists throughout the world have known of the rejuvenating, soothing and invigorating qualities of Ginger. Naturally warming, Ginger has a long history of use for supporting healthy digestion. Ayurvedic practitioners have used ginger as a way of activating the body's internal energy which in turn can help promote balance and harmony. In our organic Ginger tea, we build on this tradition by adding a unique blend of herbs and spices to complement Ginger's piquant flavor. Yogi's Ginger tea offers a delicious and intriguing blend enjoyable any time of day.
Our story began in 1969 when Yogi Bhajan, an inspirational teacher of holistic living, started teaching yoga in the west. He shared with his students his wisdom and knowledge of healthy living and the beneficial properties of herbs, all while serving a comforting and aromatic spiced tea they affectionately named "Yogi Tea".

iHerb Customer Reviews
I love this brand and I love this ginger tea. I have IBS and prefer it to mint tea. I took some to a relative in Europe, who loved it because it relaxed her.
Yogi Ginger, Lemon Ginger and Classic Indian Spice are my favorite "morning" teas since I enjoy their stimulating, strong flavor. The ginger varieties are great too for settling an upset stomach. Also, I appreciate that Yogi uses organic ingredients whenever possible.

It's okay if you don't mind the other ingredients mixed in. I prefer the tea to be pure.

The taste of Ginger is not so clear. It helps my uneasy stomach in the morning but I have had better Ginger Teas. Be careful when drinking because it lowers your Blood Pressure drastically. If you have problems with low blood pressure don't drink it!
Strong and nice taste

I love the strong taste of ginger, and I use the tea as a caffeine free substitute for coffee some mornings. Also nice if you got a flu or a cold.
