iHerb Customer Reviews
Aside from the toxic filler (croscarmellose sodium) - calcification is nasty (and probable). Suggest weight bearing exercises/movements instead. Statistically speaking I'm 'at risk' for bone loss etc, however I'll never supplement calcium again following imbalances caused by conservative calcium supplementation. There are other essential nutrients required for bone/endocrine health and supplementing calcium will deplete them - either via antagonism or synergism. If you're supplementing calcium citrate to help with oxalates or similar, suggest trying other nutrients such as vit K1, manganese, etc. Unless you've been advised to by a trusted/respected physician, please don't supplement calcium - and even if you have, please question it/research it/ensure adequate co-factors. And choose one without the toxic fillers. If this review was helpful to you, please click YES below - thank you.
