iHerb Customer Reviews
Primal Defense is a killa soil-based probiotic, but it doesn't have everything you need. I read about Bifidus combinations on Bulletproof Executive and other Paleo websites. Seems to add a bit more kick to PD effectiveness.
I will use this for a couple more months and see if I can tell a difference. I had read that L. Sporogenes works for some people better than other strains of probiotics. I think it was Dr. Mercola that wrote that.
