Suggested Use
This nutritious quinoa is naturally fragrant and is perfect for a pilaf, tabouli or salad. For a colorful dish, mix this Red Quinoa with Alter ECO Pearl and Black Quinoa.
Preparation
One cup of quinoa for 4 people
Rinse the quinoa thoroughly and drain. Add one cup of quinoa to 1 1/2 cups of water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until all water has evaporated. Fluff with a fork.

For a more defined texture, saute the quinoa in a tablespoon of Alter Eco Olive Oil before adding water and cooking... voila a pilaf!
