Veterinarian recommended. Ark Naturals products are formulated by Dr. Nancy Scanlan, DVM and Dr. C. Leigh Broadhurst, PhD.
Directions and Recommended Use:
Initial Use: For pets with sensitive, inflamed and or encrusted ears, 5-10 drops of solution should be squeezed directly into ear canal. Allow to soak, and then attempt to clean ear with clean cotton ball. Repeat 2-3 times per day for several days as necessary.
Maintenance: Squeeze Ears All Right onto a cotton ball and gently clean and swab ear and canal. Clean ear internally and externally. To avoid transferring infection, do not use the same cotton ball in each ear. Always clean pet's ears after swimming and bathing, and when pet has been playing in area you suspect is insect ridden.
Never insert sharp objects directly into ear canal

this product is the best I've experienced on the market, hands down. I've dealt with "poodle ears" for 21 years and this is the first product I've found that actually does something to help aleivate the problem and the dogs really like it. A really fantastic product!
My dog gets yeast infections in her ears and I usually use just Apple Cider Vinegar and water to get rid of them. It stings and doesn't smell good. I used this as a preventative and it doesn't bother her aside from the liquid in the ears. Also it smells fresh. Not too strong and not perfumy. Just fresh.

It really smells cinamom, but it doesnt affect the cat. Now we can use it all ober the year. Just I would put 0 stars for shape of the lid, cork. We know it should be pointy, I dont know how to explain, to be able to easily put it inside the ear not like this. Cats are creatures that dont like a lot of messing around.

One of our dogs did have an ear infection due to much ear wax and no matter what I did on a natural base, nothing helped! Then I've started with Ark Naturals Ears All Right with a few drops on a tissue and the ear problems are gone. Now I use this once or twice a week. Great product!!
Bad design of bottle

Design if the bottle makes it difficult to pour directly into ears, a lot of wastage there while I'm trying to do so. Unlike so many other reviewers, I do not like the smell. But as long as it is good for my dog, I will bear with it.
