Green Lentils are nutritious as well as delicious. When combined with rice you get a complete protein. Enjoy them with Arrowhead Mills Brown Rice in a casserole or season with garlic and onions for a tasty side dish. Great for soups and mashing into patties!

2 cups Arrowhead Mills Green Lentils
4 cups water
Place lentils with water in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes, or until done.
Makes 4 servings.
Organic green lentils.

This stuff is delicious. I'm eating some right now as we speak. Here's the deal, you gotta make with some curry. Add some organic curry powder, some chives, some garlic, some tomatoes, some hot peppers, some parsley, some olive and then enough water just so that it is a little creamy. Cook for a half hour, let it sit over night. Booooyah, good stuff.
