Orange Cranberry Trail Mix
Level or Preparation: Easy
Total Prep Time: 20 Minutes
- 3 cups Arrowhead Mills Sweetened Shredded Wheat
- 1/2 cup Chopped Dates
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 tsp. Dried Orange Peel
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Mix first five ingredients together and spread on lightly oiled 13"x9" baking pan. Blend together honey and vanilla and drizzle over cereal mixture. Toss gently to coat entire mixture and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
