this is simply amazing. mix some with cocoa powder in some greek yogurt/cottage cheese, add stevia and it taste like a peanut butter cup cheesecake.. but extremely healthy. i am in love. ;)
This is a fantastic alternative if you love your peanut butter but don't want the extra fat and calories. I love adding this to things like yoghurt so it tastes extra yummy! Great taste and great protein content, but is also quite high in price. For something similar without the added sugar and salt, you can try the less expensive Protein Plus Peanut Flour which is equally as good.
Great in powdered form!

For those on diets or WW, this was discussed at a meeting and was used in smoothies and is delicious! Great too for traveling, just mix with water and it makes a good peanut butter.

It smells awesome!!! I've only really used this in sauces to replace peanut butter and add a bit of Thai flavor to my noodles. I'm intrigued by it and will see what it's like in other baked good soon.

I was hopeful about this product seeing how popular it seems to be- always sold out and about 10 billion blogs/websites boasting how great it is. Can't say I was that impressed. When I made it as a peanut butter substitute (spread on toast) the consistency was good but the flavour was blah. It tasted like bad reduced fat peanut butter...apparently the flavour is in the oil! I also tried it again in a muffin mix and can honestly say it made no impact on the flavour at all- there wasn't even a hint of peanut taste. So I suppose it's great for peanut butter addicts who need to portion control or are really worried about the fat content- I suppose it does it's job but only in the way that ALL substitutes do: at best it's a poor imitation. Happy to be convinced otherwise if someone has an absolutely banging recipe/use though!
It's not like the real deal but it's great.

As I said before, it's not like the real deal, not as creamy, a little flavorless, but it works great in sandwiches and toasts.

Mi chico me da mucha envidia tomando manteca de cacahuete cada vez que quiere sin engordar un gramo, yo intentaba no tomarla para no pasarme con las grasas, pero ¡¡ahora ya puedo!! Me encanta en el porridge de avena o en batidos con frutas dulces. No more envying my partner's ability to eat peanut butter at any time and not putting on an ounce, now i can have that same taste and no guilt, i love it over my oat porridge or added to sweat fruits smoothies.
