Suggested Use

Pre-Flight: take 4 tablets upon arising with water at least 1/2 hour before eating. If possible do this for 3 days prior to departure.

During and after flight: Take 2 tablets for each hour of flight time on an empty stomach. Water is important, be sure to drink 8 glasses of pure water daily.
