I have Hashimoto's, an autoimmune disease that effect the thyroid and started taking Selenium at the recommendation of my doctor. I really like the Bluebonnet brand since their capsules are vegan (no off smell or taste) and are on the smaller side and very easy to swallow. I will definitely purchase again!
