Bob's Red Mill White Rice Flour is carefully ground to a fine consistency on cool and slow turning millstones. We use only the highest quality white rice for this flour to produce a smooth texture and a wholesome, gentle flavor. Our White Rice Flour is a favorite ingredient for gluten-free baking, lending a light and delicate sponginess to baked goods. It's also great for breading and thickening soups, sauces or gravies.
Bob's Red Mill products labeled Gluten Free are batch tested in our quality control laboratory. We use an ELISA Gluten Assay test to determine if a product is gluten free.
History in the Making
Bob’s Red Mill is dedicated to making natural foods in the natural way. Suggested Use

Sue’s White Rice Muffins
1 Egg
½ cup Liquid (water, fruit juice, milk)
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
1 cup Bob’s Red Mill White Rice Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. finely chopped Pecan Halves or ¼ cup Dried Blueberries
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Lightly grease a 6 cup muffin tin, set aside. In a mixing bowl, place all ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared muffin tin. Bake for 17-20 minutes. Allow muffins to cool for 5 minutes before removing from tin.
Yield: 6 large muffins.
