iHerb Customer Reviews
Great book covers a wide range of diseases. Gives you symptoms, and natural remedies to prevent or ease the disease.
The book gives concise and very important information about the inflammatory process in different diseases, the foods that stimulate it and the foods and supplements that reduce it. It also suggests tips to enhance healing that are not always given by doctors. It has a complex approach to described conditions which makes it very good. It doesn't promise miracles just feasible advices.
