Natural and its taste was great,no sugar added and is low in calories. yummy...
Very nice fruit. The berries aren't as large as US blackberries, and not as tart as raspberries. They do contain those pesky seeds like the aforementioned, so if you've got dentures...

Full of fruits and not sickeningly sweet. Wonderful spread on bread or in yoghurt! My favourite is still their cherry version though.

I love all the Chantaine Fruit Spreads but especially the Black Raspberry, my favorite. It is sweetened only with grape juice and with only so few ingredients it is truly naturally delicious! High in anti-oxidants too with all those wonderful black raspberries.

So many little berries in this you an eat them individually and it's not too sweet. The only downside is that it does not spread especially well since there are so many berries. I'd still use this over other spreads/jams just because it tastes so natural and good.
