Suggested Use

Adults, as a dietary supplement, consume 1 (one) tablespoon (15 mL) (0.5 fl. oz.) daily on an empty stomach. Essential Liquid Carnitine 1000 can also be taken 30 minutes before training or as directed by a health care professional. Do not exceed recommended dose. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.

Purified water, vegetable glycerin, natural vanilla flavor, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate.
