This is one of my favorite of Dr McDougall's products. The flavors are not overpowering (I usually use about half the flavor packet to cut down on sodium) and I love the combination of rice and lentils. Better protein than most of these to-go cups.
Especially if you like curry. I would only add a 25% of the spice and salt packet. That is plenty.

Está bueno pero no creo que repita pues en España puedes encontrar productos muy parecidos x el mismo precio.

This is okay to use as lunch when you're on the go, bringing with at work when you do not have time to make a packed lunch. The taste is good. Will buy again.

Decent option for a quick, small lunch. Loses flavor when combined with starch and protein.
