Dr. Oetker Organics baking mixes deliver pure, unaltered flavor in every bite. You will need
1 cup milk
2 tbsp oil
1 (12 cup) muffin pan
Preheat oven to 425ºF for a shiny metal pan; 400ºF for a dark non-stick pan
Grease bottoms of a muffin pan or use paper baking cups
Blend milk, egg and oil in a bowl. stir in muffin mix, breaking up large lumps. Mix until ingredients are blended. Do not over-mix.
Spoon batter evenly between 12 prepared muffin cups (about 3/4 full).
Bake for 16-18 min.
Cool muffins in pan for 5 minutes. Remove to cooling rack.
