I strongly suggest you call Dragon Herbs and consult with them before trying this. I have IC and IBS and this did not agree with my constitution and my bladder got irritated and so did my colon. This may be fine for certain people, but check first
Relaxing, energizing, libido enhancer and beauty food...expensive but worth it as a treat sometimes.
These are ancient beneficial herbals and a tasty treat too, especially for women

Hi, I love the reputed benefits of this fruit and it is a tasty little treat (I usually eat 3) with a cup of tea, I chew them slowly and the flavor really comes out with the warm herbal tea, slightly sweet, chewy with an exotic slightly smokey flavor. I eat them for the benefit, and the little tasty treat!

I handed the pack around to several people and got different opinions. Some of them couldn`t make up their minds with just one, so tried another, and then decided that they didn`t like them. A few liked them straight away. You really need to try them yourself. To describe them; they have a soft chewy texture, have a smokey flavour, are a tad on the sweet side, can be sickly if too many are eaten, and do leave an after taste in the mouth. Because they are a dried fruit, they are nutrient dense, and filling. They would be better if mixed with something savoury like nuts. There`s enough in the pack to take to a party or get-together, and you can pretty well guarantee that you`d be the only one there with a nibble that`s different from everyone else`s, plus it would be a good conversation starter. I couldn`t see on the packet where they are grown, but I can guess, as I`m sure you could also. I found the smokey flavour a little off-putting , so will not order again. It was worth giving them a try though.

Had a tea at the Buddhist temple which contained longan, goji and date and it was soooo delicious I wanted to recreate it myself. Already a big fan of Dragon Herbs and already using their goji berries in my breakfast oats, I knew these would be great and they are.
Great to boost energy
