Quinoa Grain Tastes Good!
Wonderful smell. Horrible taste, First time using this product. Maybe it ia an acquired taste but I did not enjoy it until after mixing well with egg noodle pasta, olive oil and salt. Definately a basic item that can be used as a base but then needs building up with herbs and seasonings and perhaps combined with rice, tubers or pasta.

This quinoa is very good and is a great alternative to rice, pasta and potatoes. It is also great to use in pies/quiche instead of flour.

I had never tried quinoa, was very pleased with the service and the quality. Made a casserole and have several other recipes I plan to try.
Loving the Quinoa...

I thought this was expensive for the tiny bag I got, until I actually made it! It yields SO much - so many helpings compared to what I thought looking at the bag. So, it turned out to be a good value as well as tasty and nutritious!
