A natural epsom salt bath with olive oil and essential oils
Salt: Epsom salt [magnesium sulfate] soothes tired muscles.
Oil: Organic olive oil supports smooth, soft skin.
Aromatherapy: A blend of rose geranium, lavender, marjoram, orange and frankincense essential oils promotes a calm and peaceful state of body and mind.
Add 3-4 ounces (about 1/2 cup) to hot bath water. Tub may be a bit slippery after use. Love, Everyone.
Magnesium sulfate, organic olea europaea (olive) fruit oil, EO essential oil blend [pelargonium graveolens flower oil, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, thymus mastichina flower oil, citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) peel oil, boswellia carter oil], tocopherol.
Relaxing, muscle soothing and nice smell. My daughters (11 and 14 years) love it too 😀
The scent smells amazing!

The scent alone is reason enough for me to purchase this product again not to mention that it also put me to sleep every time!

I like this so far. I've heard how epsom salt baths are good for soothing aches and pains but I am not sure about that so far. I haven't noticed much difference in that regard but it still does feel good to do it regardless. What I did not know is how much water the salt extracts from your body. It made me sweat quite a bit and lose a lot of water weight in 20 minutes of bathing. Good for cutting weight if you're a fighter or bodybuilder. Unless you're cutting weight, drink a good amount of water before taking a bath because you might feel extremely tired and woozy right after. The orange geranium scent is good but I want to try other products to see if I like them more.

Relaxed and soft, is how you'll leave the tub after a bath in this lovely stuff. Think it helped with pregnancy leg cramps as well.
