Roll-and-cut Asian pasta made from heirloom wheat for Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Thai cuisine.
For one bundle, bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a large cooking pot (add 2 cups water per each additional bundle). Add pasta, lower heat, and boil gently 4 to 6 minutes, or until tender. Drain well, rinse with cold water, drain again, and serve. One bundle is one serving.

I bought all 3 types of noodles for this brand. After cooking and eating it dry, it's kind of chewy and slightly gooey in the mouth. The texture of all tastes kinda alike to me..that's just my preference. Would not recommend those who do not like chewy noodles.. 3 stars rating as it did not state gluten-free.. so it's expected to be maybe sticky when consuming it. Remember to rise your noodles, do not cook noodles and use the water for that remains in there for your soup base...
The noodles take a long time to cook in boiling water and it tends to clump together after cooking.
