Why Do These Chips Taste So Darn Good?
Ask any chef – a delicious meal starts with the best ingredients. At Guiltless Gourmet we take gourmet seriously. We start with the finest Organic Corn. Traditional Stone Grinding retains the fresh corn flavor. Our oils are processed through "cold press extraction," which yields the best taste because they're not exposed to high heat or chemicals. Our flavors come from real food – peppers, beans, chilies, cheese and spices – just like you use at home.
So How Can These Chips be Good for Me?
Guiltless Gourmet Tortilla Chips are baked, not fried. We add just enough oil to make them crisp and help the natural flavors stick. The result is a Crispier Crunch with only 3 grams of fat per serving. Stone Grinding uses the whole corn kernel, so each helping is packed with complex carbohydrates and 2 grams of fiber. By the way, you get 18 big chips per serving, which is plenty to satisfy your crunchy craving with guiltless indulgence.
Better Tasting, Better for You – Could These Chips Get Any Better?
You bet. Organic farmers use crop rotation, natural fertilizers and mechanical cultivation to maintain soil productivity, supply nutrients and control weeds and insects. Renewable agriculture means clean soil and water are protected and improved to grow another crop next year and the year after that.
Enjoy Gourmet Without Guilt!

Baked, but not Tasty

I ordered these by accident as the ones I wanted were out of stock. I understand the health benefits, but I did not find these tasty. They're crunchy though, so that's a plus.
Very good product

Crispy, salty, baked not fried, organic, I love these chips. Read somewhere blue corn is the least hybridized...in reality, who knows... Only downside is shipping weight (product 200grams, shipping weight to Europe almost 1Kg, I think). Also try Blue Corn Meal if you like these.
Too SALTY and thin

I was really looking forward to getting these chips to use with bean dips, guacamole ect. I found that the taste was OK but these chips had so much salt. Each chip was loaded with tons of small salt particles, and after finishing the bag there was still a lot of salt at the bottom of the bag. I also found that is does not withstand dips very well because they are small and very thin. Over all the taste was okay, but I would not repurchase these again.

I prefer blue corn tortilla chips over yellow and white and appreciate that these are in their purest form. While they are not loaded with unnecessary unhealthy ingredients, they seem to miss flavor. I would like a little richer taste. These seem to be a little flat in overall flavor. I still would recommend trying them.
