Headache
Headaches consist of pain and pressure in the head. Migraines are severe headaches that usually occur in the forehead or temples, sometimes on one side, and are typically accompanied by nausea. A variety of triggers can bring on a migraine, including fatigue, stress, hormonal changes, and certain foods. Certain medications may be helpful. Butterbur, feverfew, ginger, magnesium and other natural options may support those who get mild or severe headaches.
