Herpes
A common virus called Herpes simplex, known as simply as herpes, can cause painful blister-like lesions around the mouth and in the genitalia. The virus stays in the system and can remain inactive for months or years, then suddenly flare up. Stress, trauma and infection may cause an eruption of blisters. Conventional medical therapy consists of antiviral drugs; Natural proposed options include zinc, L-lycine and lemon balm.
