Guaranteed Same-Day Shipping for Domestic Orders.

We are able to guarantee same-day shipping for domestic orders if the following conditions are met:

1. The order is placed before 1 p.m. (13.00 hr.)  Monday to Friday (California Time)
2. The shipping address is complete and valid.

If these conditions are met, and the order is not shipped out, iHerb will refund the full shipping cost.

iHerb ships within the United States, and to selected countries around the world. Exact shipping costs can be determined by using the shipping cost calculator on the checkout page of this site. We ship Monday through Saturday. Our official cutoff time for same-day shipments is 1 pm PST. We do, however, process many orders after 1 pm.

Priority Airmail-- Airmail or Priority Mail works fine for delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses, as well as street addresses. Delivered Monday through Saturday. Please Note: This shipping method is for orders that have a value of $80.00 or less. If your order total is more than $80.00, you may use UPS.

UPS Ground -- Now a flat $4.00, Free for orders over $40.00, regardless of weight anywhere in the contiguous United States, where available. Super value for California, or nearby states. See Map

UPS 2nd Day -- Now a flat $6.00, regardless of weight!

UPS Next-Day -- Up to 85% off published rates

We use regular UPS Next Day service, which delivers by 10:30 a.m. (most of the time), 12:00 noon, or the end of the day Monday thru Friday, depending on the destination. This shipping method may not be available for certain zip codes or the states of Hawaii and Alaska, and U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Guam.

Please Note: The UPS driver may choose not to leave a package if you aren't present to sign for it. To avoid such a situation and ensure receiving your package, you may use a business address.

Also Note: If your order contains products needing refrigeration, and was placed after the cut-off time of 1:00 p.m. Thursday, it won't be shipped out until Monday. (We will indicate on the web page if an item requires refrigeration by attaching the word "ice" after the product name.)

International Air Mail Now a Flat $4.00! -- For orders valued up to $80.00, and weighing up to 3 pounds (1361 grams). The favorite shipping method for our valued customers in Australia, Canada and New Zealand. Very reliable. Please note: If you choose international mail delivery, you will not be able to track your order.

DHL -- With tracking number. Takes 2-3 business days to major destinations ( Hong Kong, London, Tokyo,... )
